Advance payment or a copy of a TT ( Telex Transfer ) from a Bank is sufficient proof to lock in the existing rates. Once received you will not be liable for any price increase thereafter.

Parking Place : Dhs 30,000.00 for an indoor designated car parking space. Dhs 5,000.00 to be paid with the down payment and the balance can be pay in 5 installments . This will then be your property along with the apartment.

Please Note : In addition to the above, there is a Transaction Fee of 2% (two) of the cost
of the Apartment that is paid along with the first payment.
