Site clearance has already begun at Savannah Heights, Humaid City and the piling is on schedule to start this month.

A new ( limited offer ) payment plan gives you the unique opportunity to pay only 5 % now with the works already started, and as the work progresses there is only one more payment this year.

Another installment is due in January, 2009 and as the payments are construction based, the next installment will only be due on completion of all the foundations and the actual construction of the podium for the parking structure. This is estimated for March, 2009, but if there is a delay – you do not pay !
