Ajman allows any nationality to outright purchase property in the emirate.

This allows you to own commercial or residential land, buildings, villas or industrial property of which the title deed will be registered in your name.  It differs to the 100% Freehold property being sold in that you will not be entitled to a residence visa for yourself or dependents, nor currently will you be able to sell individual apartments as freehold.

  • Charges are 3% of the selling price paid to Ajman Municipality
  • Sewerage Registration fee which is determined according to the property
  • Electrical Connection fee which is determined according to the property
  • Real Estate Agent’s fee of 1% of the selling price for property above Dhs 1 M, and 2% for properties below Dhs 1 M
