All prices listed below are Current Developer Prices.

Advance payment or a copy of a TT ( Telex Transfer ) from a Bank is sufficient proof to lock in the existing rates. Once received you will not be liable for any price increase thereafter.

Down Payment : 10% of the total cost of the apartment

Floor Charge: Dhs 1,000.00 per floor, commencing from the 1st Floor

Parking Place: Each flat is allocated an indoor designated parking place. The cost is Dhs.30,000.00 and is payable in full at the time of  possession (which is not included in this price calculator). The parking place is then your property.

Please Note : In addition to the above, there is a Transaction Fee of 2% (two) of the cost
of the Apartment.
