Overseas Buyers
..................................................................................................................................................

Ajman One Payment Schedule allow persons out of the Country, who do not have a local bank account or a current UAE Residence Visa, to purchase an Apartment in these projects. The Payment Plan for each is listed on this site under each respective project.

After confirmation of the availability of your selected apartment, you may simply send the first payment via a bank ( Telex Transfer / other ) to secure the Apartment. The Apartment will be transferred into your name upon receipt of the first payment. Then the balance payments may be transferred ( the same way as the first payment ) as per the payment schedule.

Note that it is not necessary for the Buyer to be present for the transfer. The first payment and a copy of the buyers' passport is only required. This may be faxed or emailed to our office.

Once this payment is received the apartment will be secured & immediately transferred into the buyers name. Proof of this along with the receipts will be scanned & emailed to the buyer and the 'originals' will be couriered along with the contract for signature.

If required, an official letter to the Bank ( of the buyer ) may be arranged to confirm that the funds are been sent to the UAE are for the purchase of a property.

Note: Emirates City, Horizon Towers, Falcon Towers and The Corniche Tower have similar payment plans to allow buyers 'not in the UAE' to purchase.

............................................................................................................................................

Please Note : The Payment Plan for Al Naemiyah Towers, Al Rashidiya Towers and Al Khor Towers are different to the above and all require an advance payment and for the balance to be paid by issuing Post Dated Cheques, from a UAE Bank only, over the next 2 - 5 years.

You can not open a Current Bank Account in the UAE (that will entitle you to a cheque book ) if you do not have a UAE Residence Visa stamped in your passport. Some banks may allow you to open a Savings Account, but this would not entitle you to obtain a cheque book.

You can not issue post-dated cheques from any other bank outside of the UAE.

You can not send ( Telex Transfer / other ) the monthly funds from any other Bank out of the UAE

The only way to purchase an Apartment in the above mentioned projects is to :

  • Pay Cash for the Full amount one time
  • Find a contact ( relative, friend or business colleague ) that has a UAE resident visa, a bank account with a cheque book to issue local cheques on your behalf. ( The persons name on the cheques does not have to be the same name as the person who is buying the flat.)
