• Arrange New Post Dated Cheques to replace sellers if applicable ( in the case of Al Naemiyah Towers, Al Rashidiya Towers & Al Khor Towers only. )
   
• Once all is in order, co-ordinate meeting with Seller / Buyer to finalise deal & accept payment
  Arrange all required official Paperwork
   
• Complete Transfer Process, ensure both parties receive copies of all required official documentation, receipts, transfer papers etc
   
• Ensure Post Dated Cheques are returned to the seller ( in the case of Al Naemiyah Towers, Al Rashidiya Towers & Al Khor Towers only. )

After sales service to Seller & Buyer to address any further questions / clarifications / issues at any time
In the case of Overseas Buyers all of the above will be completed via Our Office on behalf of the Buyer
